Announced shut down 3/18/20 - Shut down through at least 4/3/20 or until further notice Extended Shut down - All Americas region Plants shut down until further notice EMEA tire and Retread plants remain open Employees furloughed through May 3, 2020

  • Cooper

Announced shut down 3/22/20 - Shut down estimated 2-3 weeks Extended shut down - Findlay, Ohio, Clarksdale and Tupelo, Miss., Texarkana, Ark., and El Salto, Mexico.

  • Bridgestone

Announced shut down 3/21/20 - Shut down through on or before 4/12/20

  • Hankook

Announced shut down 3/25/20 for their Clarksville Tenn. plant - Shut down through 4/12/20

  • Kumho

Announced shut down 4/1/20 for their Macon, GA plant - Shut down through 4/8/20

  • Toyo

Announced shut down 3/30/20 for their White, GA plant - Shut down through 4/19/20

There has been confirmation on 3/18/20 that Wal-Mart has temporarily shut down their auto care centers to allow associates to focus on stocking and cleaning stores.

Vehicle Service and repair defined as essential

Vehicle Service and repair personnel were deemed part of the 'Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers' by the Homeland Security on 3/19/20.
